Title: Cream Pepper Dip

1pkCream cheese; (8-oz) soften
1/3cHot pepper rings; fine chopped
1tbLiquid from hot pepper rings
2tbOnion; fine chopped
2tbApple jelly or sweet orange marmalade
2tbCelery; fine chopped
2tbSweet red pepper; fine chopped
  Hot pepper rings for garnish

In medium bowl, stir cream cheese until smooth. Stir in remaning ingredients. Cover; refrigerate until serving time, at least 2 hours. Garnish with red pepper rings. Serve with fresh vegetables or crackers for dipping.
